Abstract：
作为高等教育体系中的重要组成部分，高等职业教育不仅承载着传授专业技能的使命，更肩负着培养具有高尚品德、深厚人文底蕴和社会责任感的未来建设者的重任。其中，思想政治教育作为塑造学生世界观、人生观、价值观的关键环节，其重要性不言而喻。现阶段的高职思政教学正处于改革发展的过程中，基于大思政教育的背景下，高职思政教育应充分发挥思政育人的教学功能，培养学生优秀的思想品德。本文将深入大思政教育背景下高职思政教学改革的必要性、现状及改革策略，以期为高职思政教育的创新发展提供参考。
