Abstract：
音乐课程作为服务于学前教育专业人才培养的一门艺术性课程，能够为学生专业发展、就业竞争力的提升提供有力支撑。以就业为导向，优化学前教育专业音乐课程教学方法，创新音乐教学模式，不仅有利于音乐课程教学质量的提升，更是提升学生综合能力、帮助学生实现顺利就业的必经之路。对此，文章以《儿歌弹唱与伴奏》课程为例，对以就业为导向的高职学前教育专业音乐课程教学改革路径展开积极探索，旨在提升音乐课程教学质量，为学生提高工作岗位胜任力、实现顺利就业提供支撑。
