为探讨铁路油库消防设计要点，以几内亚马瑞巴亚港至西芒杜矿区铁路油库为例，详细探讨了采用中国技术标准体系设计的国外铁路油库消防工程设计重难点。对工程的接驳情况、油库消防泡沫灭火系统、油库消防冷却水系统、消防泵站系统、管网布置、其他灭火设施等消防措施进行详细介绍，总结了油库消防设计要点，为类似工程设计提供借鉴。
