    Abstract：

    本文研究了大型展览馆钢屋盖的滑移施工技术，采用BIM技术与有限元分析指导施工，实现了90m大跨度钢结构的累积滑移。通过智能控制系统实时监测滑移速度和方向保证施工精度和安全。BIM模型集成了结构信息和施工设施提高了施工效率和协同工作，主要施工步骤包括滑移单元拼装、液压爬行器使用及滑移过程中的监测与调整，使用张拉索施工技术确保了结构稳定性和施工质量。
