Abstract：
对中职教师的师德教育培训应提高重视程度，进而定期引导教师进行专业化的师德培训，能够使教师在培训期间，充分了解完善的师德教育体系和教育内容，并学到很多创新的教育手段，将创新性的教育方式运用到德育教育中，能够提升教育水平。同时，对教师进行师德培训，有利于提高教师的职业道德素质和师德素养。
