Abstract：
随着中职教育的不断发展，中职英语课堂教学面临着诸多挑战。传统的教师中心化教学模式已经无法满足现代教育的需求，互动教学模式应运而生。本文探讨了中职英语课堂教学互动模式的创新，分析了传统教学模式的不足，提出了构建以学生为中心、注重师生互动的多元化教学模式。通过创设真实情境、加强合作与交流、完善评价机制等措施，旨在激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的英语综合能力，为中职学生的职业发展奠定坚实基础。
