Abstract：
随着社会生活质量水平的提高，人们对房屋建筑的要求越来越高，企业只有不断地提升自身的建设管理水平，才能使工程施工管理得到更好的发展。通过运用精细化管理方法，可以使企业的核心能力得到充分提高，使整个企业都参与进来，在保证质量的前提下，达到降低成本的目的，为建筑业的健康发展提供强有力支撑。基于此，本文主要对房建工程施工管理中精细化管理进行探讨。
