    Abstract：

    随着资源能源消耗量的增加，为高效解决办公建筑中的能源消耗问题，本文对广东省办公建筑近零能耗设计进行深入研究，分析当前建筑设计存在的能源消耗问题，提出明确节能设计构成、合理打造围护结构、设置空调新风系统、充分运用光伏系统等有效解决措施等，在多目标优化状态下，全面规划近零能耗办公建筑设计内容，不断缩减能源消耗量，促进办公建筑持续性发展。
