    Abstract：

    随着全球城市化进程的加快，城市面临着更多的挑战和机遇，很多城市既有空间结构与功能已经不能满足人民日益增长的物质文化需要，以及社会经济发展的新需求，城市更新势在必行。城市更新不只是旧的建筑与空间的改造，更是一项综合性的、系统的工程，牵涉到经济、社会、文化和环境的方方面面。故此，本文首先从城市更新规划的统筹协调思想出发，然后论述了城市更新规划要点，最后对城市更新规划的实践对策进行了分析。
