Abstract：
虽然我国城镇化建设速度不断加快，但是在城乡规划建设过程中，工业用地提质增效面临一些困境。为了提高城乡规划过程中工业用地更新改造水平，对城市工业用地的更新困境进行分析。探索工业用地提质增效的具体内容，基于实际案例研究城乡规划要求下，工业用地提质增效的相关路径，实现资源的高效利用，推动城市有效更新，促进城市工业高质量发展。
