    Abstract：

    高中化学教学中的跨学科整合与应用具有重要意义，通过将化学与物理、生物、数学等学科相结合，能够有效培养学生的创新思维，提升学习兴趣，深化学科理解。然而，当前在实施过程中仍面临教师专业素养不足、课程资源匮乏及评估方式单一等问题。为此，提出了加强教师培训、优化课程资源及改革评估方式等策略，以期推动跨学科教学的顺利实施和学生全面发展。
