    Abstract：

    新时期的高职体育教学中，教师要探究促进体育教学创新的策略。传统的高职体育教学存在着一些问题，针对这些问题，明确推动高职体育教学创新具有重要意义，表现为：培养学生运动兴趣，提高项目教学效率，全面增强身体素质，更好培养体育人才。教师探究促进高职体育教学创新的教学策略，包括建立科学培养模式，构建混合教学模式，创新理论精神教学，组织多样训练活动，实施个性教育指导，搭建体育实践平台，建设体育联赛平台，构建多元评价体系。高职院校通过统一组织，教师落实这些创新教学策略，能更好提升教学成效。
