    本文以适应职教高考需求为导向，分析了中职英语教育的现状与挑战，探讨了职教高考对中职英语教育的需求。论文提出了中职英语教育改革的方向与路径，包括优化课程设置与教学内容、创新教学方法与手段、完善评价体系与激励机制等。同时，论文还提出了改革实施的保障措施，为中职英语教育改革提供了参考。
