    Abstract：

    自从2003年《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》发布以来，民办高等教育迎来了高速发展逐渐成为了中国高等教育的重要组成部分，特别是2016年《民办教育促进法》第二次修订后，民办教育飞速发展，规模迅速扩大，承担了更多的育人责任。相比于成立时间更早、资源更加充足的公办高等院校，民办高校有自身特点，如何在有限的资源下，根据学生的特点，有效地提高教育教学质量是民办高等教育需要探寻的道路。本文重点通过智慧型图书馆这个切入口，分析其在民办高等教育教学中的作用。
