    Abstract：

    随着城市化进程的不断推进，许多城市面临着旧城区排水系统老化和功能退化的问题。旧城区由于建设年代久远，排水系统设计标准较低，随着城市规模的扩大和气候变化引起的降雨量增加，排水不畅和内涝问题愈发严重。这不仅给城市管理带来了巨大挑战，也对居民的生活和城市环境造成了不利影响。
