Abstract：
在现代教育体系中，教师惩戒权的合理运用对于维护课堂秩序与促进中学生发展至关重要。然而，在实际的教育实践中，教师惩戒权的应用却呈现出多重复杂性。一些教师在行使惩戒权时缺乏明确的法律依据和规范的操作流程，有时尺寸难以把握，导致惩戒行为与教育目的背道而驰。此外，社会对教师惩戒行为的关注度日益提高，任何不当的惩戒措施都可能引发公众的广泛讨论，给学校和教师带来压力。面对这一现状，探讨教师惩戒权的实际运用情况和存在的问题，成为提升教育教学质量、保障中学生权益不可回避的课题。
