    Abstract：

    建筑屋面施工质量会严重影响建筑工程使用功能及使用寿命，甚至危害到人民群众生命财产安全。建筑屋面渗漏水现象作为建筑工程施工过程经常遇到的问题，一直以来都被社会各界所关注。为了提高建筑工程的安全性、舒适性、实用性、可持续性，建筑施工单位应该对建筑屋面的施工设计、施工工艺、施工材料、施工细节都进行严格把关，加强防水施工技术的研究应用，本文从建筑屋面漏水的原因及防水施工技术进行探讨，力求为建筑屋面防水施工提供理论支持。
