Abstract：
近年来，初就业高职毕业生主动离职率的居高不下引起了教育领域和社会的广泛关注，如何切实提升高职毕业生就业质量成为摆在高职院校教育教学改革面前的一项重要课题。基于此，文章对初就业高职毕业生主动离职行为及其干预机制展开研究，结合初就业高职毕业生主动离职的影响因素分析，找寻其内在机理，进而探索构建针对性的干预机制，提出有效的构建策略，以期为降低高职毕业生离职率、提高其就业稳定性提供参考，同时也为企业和政府部门提供决策依据。
