Abstract：
高校毕业生就业问题是高校就业工作的重点，而高质量就业体现了高校人才培养质量的成效。本文以2023年1481名高校应届毕业生为调查样本，合理分析高校毕业生的就业需求与就业岗位的匹配，分析其就业期望与实际就业境况的差值，以此制定相关策略，完善就业反馈机制，构建就业育人的长效机制，实现就业高质量发展。
