素质教育背景下，兵团中小学美术课堂教学传承发展中华优秀传统文化民间剪纸艺术文化，强化学生文化自信心、文化传承意识的同时，丰富中小学美术育人素材，兼顾美术理论与实践教学，赋能学生审美情趣、艺术文化素养以及艺术创造能力等多方面素养综合发展，以满足学科核心素养对多层次学生的成长诉求。对此，下文将围绕兵团中小学美术教学传承创新运用民间剪纸艺术文化的具体对策等进行深入的探究分析。
