Abstract：

在变电站的监理实际工作过程中，一定程度存在监理不到岗、环保工作管理欠缺等的情况，因此，进一步剖析变电站工程存在的监理工作问题，并提出改进和优化变电站工程监理管理工作的具体措施，才能在行业中体现新质生产力与高质量发展的国家要求。
