在高铁快速发展的背景下，其在国土空间规划中占据了重要地位。下面主要以国土空间规划为核心，探讨高铁对城镇建设用地带来的影响。通过分析高铁带来的土地资源优化配置、土地价值提升以及房产市场变化等方面体现出了高铁对城镇建设用地产生的深远影响。文章还提出了在高铁建设中应合理规划土地利用、保护农田和生态环境的建议，希望可以促进城镇实现可持续发展。
