    Abstract：

    针对原有传统规划普遍对农业空间的规划利用缺乏具体统筹与安排的问题，本文以东北地区传统农业区市级国土空间总体规划为例，在梳理新时代农业空间规划要求的基础上，探索传统农业地区在统筹生态、农业、城镇三大空间的基础上，从耕地保护、功能分区、农业生产、乡村振兴等方面聚焦农业空间的系统性规划策略，以期为同类传统农业地区的国土空间规划提供思路。
