    Abstract：

    在全球一体化进程的加快下，各个施工企业面临的竞争更大，施工企业要向从中脱颖而出，必须要走施工技术的创新路线，与施工项目作为载体积极突破。文章从BIM技术的应用、深基坑支护技术的创新、高强高性能混凝土施工技术的创新、建筑节能技术、施工环保技术方面总结了建筑工程施工技术的改进方向，探索了具体的发展策略。
