    Abstract：

    随着城市增量空间日益减缩，城市建设已经从大规模的增量建设转为存量提质改造，城市更新成为城市发展发展质量提升重大战略。对于旧村改造，广州从2009年已开展城市更尤其是从“三旧”旧村全面改造到“城中村”改造。本文将以广州S村为例，对城市更新的旧村土地整备进行深入探索，意旨为更多城中村改造提供参考。
