Abstract：
以新媒体渠道为支点，有利于高校提高就业服务精准性、实效性和影响力度，便于更好推进毕业生更加充分更高质量就业。本文以加大高校就业工作在新媒体方面建设的必要性为切入点，分析新媒体发展对高校就业工作的影响与挑战，最后探析高校就业部门应在顶层设计、渠道建设、精准施策、能力建构方面积极应对，形成良性互动，赋能发展的格局。
