Abstract：
随着电子商务的飞速发展，电子商务专业人才培养已成为高等教育的重要任务。电子商务行业的快速发展要求专业人才培养必须紧密贴合市场需求。因此，构建岗位需求导向的课程体系是电子商务专业人才培养的首要任务。然而，当前电子商务专业人才培养存在诸多问题，如理论与实践脱节、缺乏岗位针对性等。为了解决这些问题，本文旨在探讨基于“岗课赛证”融合模式下的电子商务专业人才培养策略，以期通过岗位需求、课程设置、技能竞赛和职业资格认证等方面的有机结合，提升电子商务专业学生的综合素质和就业竞争力。
