Abstract：
工程造价是建筑企业日常管理工作的重要组成部分，能够对施工进度以及施工质量造成直接影响，同时影响施工企业的经济效益。在开展建筑工程造价管理工作时，企业需要考虑的因素有很多，针对市场环境变化不断调整造价管理方案。目前，建筑工程造价管理面临着一些困境，需要施工单位制定详细的应对方案，提高工程造价水平，为建筑工程顺利施工奠定坚实基础。
