    Abstract：

    安置房工程整体施工的复杂性较为突出，精细化管理有助于施工工期长、资量投入大的安置房工程完善粗放式管理模式，从而获得较为理想的精细化管理结果。研究以杭州市拱墅区首个“代建+EPC”模式的农转居安置房工程项目为精细化管理分析对象，结合祥符单元GS0904-R21-03地块农转居公寓项目（孔家埭安置房）项目实际情况，提出相应安置房工程精细化管理的有效性措施，最终旨归在于为同类型工程提供相应参考性建议，提高安置房工程管理质量，经济效益和社会口碑，供借鉴。
