    城中村，作为城乡交融地带的特殊区域，其基础设施建设与管理对居民生活品质和都市形象有着深远影响。然而，当前城中村基础设施存在规划缺失、设施陈旧、资金匮乏等问题，需通过编制专项规划、建立长效机制、拓宽资金渠道、加强衔接、提高居民参与度等措施加以优化和改善。
