Abstract：
“情境创设”是指在教学中创设具体情境，通过学生对情境的体验，使其感知和理解学习内容。新课程标准强调体育教学要“以人为本”，注重培养学生的终身体育意识，而体育教学也要由“重技能、轻过程”转变为“重过程、轻技能”。在中职体育与健康教学中引入情境创设模式，有助于激发学生参与课堂活动的积极性，促使学生更好地完成教学任务。
