大学生是年轻的、有朝气、有文化的一个群体，充满着对其他城市的好奇，对名校的敬仰。每个城市、每个高校都有自己的特色，建立一个合大学生、高校、城市三位一体的特色文化交流实践平台，可以满足大学生的探索欲、求知欲；促进城市的旅游经济发展，发扬文化特色；促进当地高校的人才交流，特色校园文化发展。
