Abstract：
在高职行政管理中，思政教育扮演着举足轻重的角色。本文基于思政教育在高职行政管理中的价值，通过分析高职行政管理中思政教育中存在的问题，提出了加强对思政教育的重视和认知、优化思政教育内容和方法、提升行政管理队伍思政教育能力、完善思政教育相关体制机制等针对性的行政管理中思政教育的应用策略，以期推动高职行政管理更好地执行。
