Abstract：
“双高计划”背景下，“高水平教师队伍”建设是打造“人才培养高地”的基础。要完成“双高计划”服务社会的建设目标，完善教师素质能力是第一环。我国研学产业的快速发展对人才提出新要求，这种要求将传导给教师和学校，只有不断提升教师职教能力方可培养更优秀研学旅行人才。本文通过对研学旅行教师职教能力构成因子和指标体系解析，从教师、学校、政府机构及研学企业四个维度提出教师能力提升举措。
