    在灌区运行管理中，信息化建设可以提高管理的效率，优化资源的利用效率，实现现代化管理，提升灌区的运行效果和水资源的利用率，具有重要的应用价值。本文围绕信息化建设展开讨论，从管理信息化的意义入手，分析灌区运行管理中信息化建设的方式，介绍信息化建设中存在的问题，并给出了提升信息化建设水平的建议，以供参考。
