    Abstract：

    散文在部编本语文教材中占据着重要的地位，但目前一线教师在散文阅读教学时仍缺乏针对性和系统性，《老王》是部编本语文教材中的一篇重要精读课文，而语文名师在课堂教学上有其独特性，能为一线教学带来较大的实用价值。因此，本文选取刘金玉、程翔和王君三位语文名师教授的《老王》课例，比较三位语文名师的异同点，并总结出散文阅读教学的相关启示，以帮助一线教师更好地开展散文阅读教学。
