本文通过深入分析技工院校在创新创业中的角色与定位，以及当前面临的机遇与挑战，揭示了技工院校创新创业孵化基地建设的主要困境，包括资金、师资、技术创新与市场需求脱节以及政策与法规等方面的问题。在此基础上，文章提出了优化策略与实践路径，旨在促进技工院校创新创业孵化基地的健康发展，为培养更多创新创业人才提供有力支持。
