Abstract：
基于BIM技术的可视化、协同性等特点，本文对BIM技术在煤气发电项目给排水设计中的应用进行探讨，分析了BIM协同设计在碰撞检查、设备安装、材料统计、深化设计、三维会签方面的优势。通过探索BIM技术在工程中施工组织、运维管理的应用，可以为工程项目全流程应用BIM技术提供参考借鉴。
