Abstract：
随着我国城镇化进程进入中后期，城市发展普遍进入存量时代，城市的发展由外延扩张向内涵提升转变。在国土空间规划体系的逐步完善的今天，依据建设用地指标缓增是未来很长一段时间内的发展主流。在此背景下，城市更新被提升到了前所未有的高度，成为解决当前城市问题的重要手段。本文主要进行国土空间规划背景下城市更新思路的探索。
