    “评定分离”制度是一种将评标和定标两个环节分别独立完成的招标采购模式，是针对建设工程招标采购中评标与定标分离的一种改革措施，能够有效提升评标定标工作的科学性。基于此，本文旨在探讨建设工程招标采购中“评定分离”制度的理论与实践，分析该制度在实际操作中的优势与挑战，并提出相应的改进建议。
