Abstract：
文章以车创智谷广场三期工程为例，基于地勘资料、施工经验，分别从施工前预测分析重难点问题、施工中控制关键工序以及参数两方面来研讨超高水为松砂地层灌注桩的技术控制措施。主要从测量放样、护筒埋设、泥浆制备、成孔施工、钢筋笼制作与安装、清孔、混凝土灌注等方面总结了超高水位松砂地层钻孔灌注桩的质量控制难点以及处理措施，确保工程桩的施工质量。
