Abstract：

水利工程在我国经济发展中占有举足轻重的地位，伴随着社会经济和科学技术水平的不断发展，提升水利工程建设与管理工作的现代化与精细化显得尤为重要。基于此，本文对水利工程管理现代化和精细化建设进行分析研究，同时提出了建设措施，以期为水利工程管理工作和相关研究提供参考和借鉴。
