Abstract：

高校是为国家培养栋梁之材的摇篮，因此高校的安全关乎社会稳定发展。随着社会的发展，高校安全问题被重视起来，“00”后是当下大学生队伍中的主力军，他们思想超前，行为独特，拥有个性化的独立思想，在高校安全工作方面带来了很多挑战。而辅导员是和大学生直接接触的群体，因此在维护高校安全方面起到非常重要的作用。
