目的:观察“四阶五步”教学模式对儿科临床护理实习生的效果。方法:纳入2022-2023年儿科临床护理实习生60名。常规教学组(30名)实施常规教学。“四阶五步”教学模式组(30名)实施“四阶五步”教学。对比效果。结果教学4周后,“四阶五步”教学模式组的护理理论知识得分、护理技能操作得分、教学满意度评分,均更高(p<0.05)。结论:将“四阶五步”教学模式,用于儿科临床护理实习生教学,效果更好。
