本文以初中英语作业分层设计为例，从减负增效的视角对作业设计进行了探究。首先，分析了作业分层的理论基础和实际意义。其次，针对初中英语作业的特点，提出了一些作业分层的具体方法。最后，通过实例展示了作业分层设计在实际应用中的优势，如提高学习兴趣、培养学习能力和促进教学改革等。
