Abstract：
在信息化快速发展的今天，IT人才的培养对于国家和社会的发展具有重要意义。特别是在“以学生为中心”的教育理念指导下，如何有效地培养学生的实践能力在IT领域成了教育领域的重要议题。“以赛促教、以赛促学”的教学模式以其独特的方式，为IT人才实践能力培养提供了新的思路。本研究旨在深入探讨“以赛促教、以赛促学”在IT人才实践能力培养中的应用及其效果，以期为相关教育实践提供有益的参考。
