Abstract：
防水防渗是建筑工程重要施工技术，对建筑工程施工质量及使用功能具有直接影响。防水防渗涉及工程内外结构、屋面、墙面等基础设施，应结合不同结构特征及要求，选择适宜的防水防渗施工方式，制定防水防渗管控对策。针对以上背景，本文首先阐述建筑工程防水防渗施工目的、施工原理、施工重要性，分析建筑易发生泄漏问题部位，明确建筑施工中防水防渗施工重点，以供参考。
