    赣南客家文化，作为赣南地区独特的地域文化形态，是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分，蕴含着丰富的思想观念和物质基础。在当前新媒介环境下，高职院校思想政治工作必须审时度势，积极应对，既要深入挖掘赣南客家文化，通过文化教育人、熏陶人，又要充分利用新媒介的特点，将新媒介带来的变革转化为发展的契机，实现在传承文化的同时，推动“新媒传古”的目标。
