    国有企业在我国经济发展中占据重要地位，而职工则是其稳健发展的基石。为提升国有企业的综合竞争力，加强职工的思想政治工作和业务能力的培养显得尤为关键。本文深入探讨了通过完善制度建设、强化教育培训、优化激励机制以及建立健全的考核评价体系等多种途径，以全面提升职工的思想觉悟和业务技能。在此基础上，本文还提出了一系列具有可操作性的建议和方案，以期为国有企业提供有益的参考。
