    Abstract：

    随着互联网和信息科技的飞速发展，在高校中进行思想政治理论课已成为必然。易班的兴起，为大学生实施网上思想政治工作创造了良好的条件。目前由于诸多的主观和客观因素，在实际应用中存在着一定的问题。为了更好的利用好网络的思想政治教育，学校可以利用“易班”的思政教育方式，针对当前大学生的思想政治教育状况，主动进行思政工作，为实现网上思政教育的高效实施和实现立德树人的目的开辟了一条新的途径。
